- Egg Belt Device The solid egg belt is woven from high-quality PP material. Product advantages: (1) The PP egg belt features low elongation rate, little influence by temperature and is not easy to stretch; (2) The solid egg belt prevents soft-shelled eggs and egg liquid from entering the feeding trough to contaminate feed;
Horizontal Egg Outlet System The horizontal egg outlet system is composed of driving roller assembly, egg conveying device, sprocket box and so on. Product advantages: (1) Brushes are equipped at front and rear roller shafts to keep the egg belt clean. An egg collecting tray is installed on each layer to prevent soft eggs from entering vertical egg collection; (2) The egg guiding device ensures eggs are evenly distributed on vertical egg collection to reduce collision between eggs; (3) Bearings are installed at both ends of egg outlet shaft, brush shaft and belt pressing roller for smooth operation and noise reduction; (4) The tail return wheel is equipped with tensioning mechanism for convenient adjustment when the egg belt is too loose or deviates;
- Vertical Egg Collection System The vertical egg collection system consists of belt egg claw assembly, driving device and other components. Product advantages: (1) Adopts belt-type egg collection device with stable operation and low egg breakage rate; (2) Egg claws are injection molded with nylon, featuring high strength, good toughness, excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance; (3) Double shaft roller design at the top reduces egg turnover speed and decreases the number of cracked eggs; (4) Each column is driven by one motor. Deviation adjustment functions are equipped at both bottom and top for easy maintenance;
- Central Egg Collection System (Optional) The central egg collection system is made up of driving device, guide rail frame, egg collection chain and other components. It can be designed and planned according to customer requirements to realize all-terrain and multi-directional egg transportation from chicken house to egg storage room and between egg storage rooms. Product advantages: (1) Closed chain structure adapts to transportation on slopes, turns and other conditions with stable structure and low failure rate; (2) Strong egg conveying capacity with theoretical maximum egg conveying volume up to 65,000 per hour and lifting angle up to 20°; (3) Operators do not need to enter the production area. Equipment start-stop and egg collection can be realized in the egg storage room, which is beneficial to biosecurity.
