This system achieves refined management of the entire process from feeding to environmental control through seven automated subsystems:
* Automatic Feeding System: Utilizes a traveling feeder to safely, quickly, and evenly deliver feed to the chicken cages, meeting the flock's feeding needs. Combined with sturdy feed troughs and guide rails, it achieves precise feeding.
* Automatic Drinking System: Consists of a square water supply pipe, 360-degree drinking nipples, high-pressure flushing device, pressure regulating valve, water meter, and medication dosing device, providing a clean, closed water supply system, reducing water pollution and ensuring flock health.
* Automatic Egg Collection System: Employs a new type of vertical egg collector, allowing for staggered egg collection. Each layer of eggs is secured with a fixed egg tray, ensuring no collision between layers and significantly reducing egg breakage rate.
Automatic Manure Removal System: The manure removal system operates 24/7, ensuring a dry, clean, and fresh air environment in the chicken house, effectively preventing respiratory diseases.
Automatic Lighting System: Provides optimized lighting conditions to improve egg production and flock health.
Intelligent Environmental and Electrical Control System: Provides comprehensive and intelligent control of the breeding environment, ensuring superior feeding conditions. For high-temperature and high-humidity regions such as Southeast Asia, an intelligent environmental control system can be configured to automatically and precisely adjust temperature, humidity, and ventilation. An optional EC energy-saving fan (with evaporative cooling pads) is available, saving up to 20% more energy compared to traditional fans.
Internet of Things (IoT) System: An optional IoT system enables remote monitoring and management of breeding data.

High-quality materials, corrosion and rust resistant: Constructed with aluminized zinc plate structural components and highly corrosion-resistant aluminized zinc wire and hot-dip galvanized wire. The cage bottom mesh is made of galvanized aluminum wire, which is high in strength, elastic, and has a smooth surface, effectively reducing fatigue and foot injuries in laying hens.
