Rural Revitalization Demonstration Benchmark: Qingdao Famou Machinery Co., Ltd. Builds an Integrated Ecological Breeding Project of Millions of Laying Hens in Southwest China
Qingdao Famou Machinery Co., Ltd. has actively responded to the national rural revitalization strategy by implementing a benchmark poverty alleviation project of millions of laying hens in Southwest China. Empowering local agricultural industrial upgrading with modern breeding equipment, the project has boosted people's income and the development of collective economy. As a key demonstration project for national poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, it started construction in 2018 with a plan to build two million-level standardized layer breeding bases, becoming a core benchmark for large-scale layer farming in the mountainous areas of Southwest China.
In accordance with the climatic characteristics of Southwest mountainous areas and the core demand of industrial assistance for the project, Famou Machinery provided full-process overall planning and design services, custom-delivered 19 buildings of 8-tier high-density layer cage equipment, and simultaneously equipped with a full set of facilities such as egg packaging workshops and manure organic treatment systems, constructing an integrated ecological industrial chain of "breeding production - egg processing - waste resource utilization". Since the commissioning of the equipment, it has realized automated and intelligent operation of layer breeding, significantly improving stocking density and laying rate, and practiced the concept of green breeding through harmless treatment of manure.
The project has not only promoted the standardized development of the local egg industry, but also created a large number of jobs, becoming a model of empowering rural revitalization and realizing industrial poverty alleviation with modern agricultural equipment, demonstrating Qingdao Famou Machinery's professional planning capacity and social responsibility in large-scale agricultural-related projects.
