Setting New Standards: Famou Machinery’s Turnkey Solution for a Top 3 Layer Breeding Base in Northeast China

Qingdao Famou Machinery Co., Ltd. leveraged its expertise in professional R&D and manufacturing of breeding equipment to successfully support the implementation of a large-scale layer farming project in Northeast China. The partner is a leading regional layer farming enterprise engaged in layer breeding and deep processing of egg products. With a total investment exceeding 200 million RMB, the standardized breeding park houses 1.5 million laying hens, ranking first in Heilongjiang Province and among the top three in Northeast China in terms of scale.

To meet the project's large-scale farming needs, Famou Machinery custom-provided 26 buildings equipped with multi-model layer cage systems (in 4-tier, 5-tier, and 8-tier configurations) and 6 buildings with 5-tier pullet rearing cages. The complete equipment set is adapted to the climatic characteristics of the frigid region, balancing breeding efficiency with animal welfare. Since commissioning, the project has achieved automated and standardized management of layer farming, significantly increasing stocking density and laying rate. It has become a benchmark for large-scale layer farming in Northeast China, demonstrating Famou  Machinery's technical strength and service capabilities in the field of high-end breeding equipment.
